Critical Election in Wisconsin: State Supreme Court Vote Will Determine Key Issues, Including Abortion Rights and Gerrymandering

While the nation’s cameras continue to focus on Donald’s ego in Midtown Manhattan, polls are open in Wisconsin where voters will decide who controls the State Supreme Court. This is the most consequential election of the year.

Here’s what’s at stake:

· Abortion rights

· Gun Safety

· The state’s extreme gerrymandering

· And, potentially, the outcome of the 2024 presidential election

It’s impossible to overstate the importance of today’s vote. Democratic candidate Judge Janet Protasiewicz supports overturning Wisconsin’s 1849 law banning abortion in nearly all cases, which went back into effect after the Dobb’s decision was handed down last year. She has also expressed serious concerns about election interference.

Judge Dan Kelly is anti-choice, pro-Big Lie, pro-insurrection, and pro-indicted criminal Donald Trump.

The choice couldn’t be more clear.
